The Company collects the following items through the Contact page for consultation and inquiry handling.

• Guidance and delivery of requested materials

03Retention and use period

Collected personal information is, in principle, destroyed immediately after the inquiry is handled and consultation is complete. Where retention is required by law, it is kept for that period and destroyed without delay once the purpose is achieved.

04Provision to third parties

The Company uses personal information only within the scope disclosed in this policy and does not provide it to third parties without prior consent, except where required by law or a lawful request from an investigative agency.

05Outsourcing of processing

As a rule, the Company does not outsource the processing of personal information. If outsourcing becomes necessary, the recipient and scope of work will be disclosed in advance through this policy.

06User rights and how to exercise

• Users may at any time request access, correction, deletion or suspension of processing of their personal information.
• Rights can be exercised by emailing the privacy officer below, and the Company will act without delay.
• Users may refuse consent to collection and use; however, refusing required items may limit inquiry submission.

07Destruction procedure and method

Personal information whose retention period has elapsed or whose purpose has been achieved is destroyed without delay. Electronic files are permanently deleted irrecoverably, and printouts are shredded or incinerated.
